This picture was taken at a show in Gauley Bridge, West virginia.

This picture was taken the same day as the previous. I had been having problems with the hubcaps coming off
and on the way home from the show one come off and I had to go over a hill and dig through the weeds to [...]

It took me 2 days to get the car ready to be painted. I had to fix the rust issue on the front around the drivers side park light… welded some new metal in there. I took all the chrome back off as well before we painted it. It’s “John Deere” Blitz Black – Flat Satin, not primer

An update on the parts list and where they come from:
- I found the headlight bezels in Tennessee (These are hard to find)
- The red “Pontiac” plastic insert (not seen in these pictures) was purchased out of Virginia along
with the two door chrome strips, and the fabric strap that bolts to the back of the [...]

98% of the car was taken to metal and in primer at this point! The Fulton SunShield visor was purchased off a guy out of Canada… I had to have one.

There’s some rust thru on the pan below the trunk, but that should be an easy [...]

Well the bragging was up when I got to the front drivers fender.. a big rust hole, i’ll have to fix this soon. I’m almost looking forward to this…

The doors are rock solid.. no rust on any of them!

I don’t have a garage to “work” in, so I did all the work outside and sections at a time. The whole car was eventually taken down to
bare metal and primered red. – Spot my guard dog?
